(Kolkata, India) under the abled guidance of CA Manish Raj Dhandharia. During my Articleship tenure I’ve got a rich exposure of GST Consultancy, Compliance, Legal interpretation, Legal Drafting and GST Audit. The field of IDT has become my core area of focus, research, study and dedication. Post Qualification Experience: 1. I've had the privilege of working under the abled guidance of CA Advocate Vinay Shraff, assisting him in drafting of legal submissions, Writ Petitions before various High Courts and the Hon’ble Apex Court, and other legal opinions. 2. Worked in the Indirect Tax Department (Advisory & Litigation) at Price Waterhouse & Co LLP. 3. Currently working as Senior Consultant in the Indirect Tax Department (Advisory & Litigation) at Ernst & Young LLP. Others: 1. A frequent speaker at various professional platforms and institutions / associations like ICAI; Study Circles of ICAI - ACAE, VIPCA, Views Exchange; Taxmann, etc. 2. Paper presenter at National Conferences organised by ICAI. Presented a paper at the International CA Students’ Conference organised by ICAI at Ahmedabad in January 2019. 3. Represented ICAI at 33rd International CA Students’ Conference held at Hilton, Colombo, Sri Lanka organised by ICASL. 4. Winner of best paper presenter award at CA Students’ Conference, Amritsar. Academic Achievements: 1. Awarded as ‘Bhawanipur Scholar’ by the Bhawanipur Education Society College with 3 years of scholarship for B. Com (Hons). 2. Second topper in the Commerce Section and overall Third topper in school in Class XII Board Examination with 96.4% aggregate. Topper in ‘English’ for both the two consecutive years in higher secondary. 3. Winner of Gold Medallion for exceptional performance in Class XII Board Examination. 4. School topper in Class X Board Examination with a perfect 10 CGPA. Holder of ‘Scholar Badge’ for two consecutive years.
