Hi, meet Sakshi. She is currently working at Skill-lync as the Senior Program Manager to the CEO. In her current role, she is responsible for working closely with the CEO, CBO and other CXOs to plan and drive the strategic growth of the organisation.
In her 5 years of experience as Chief of Staff, Program Manager and EiR, she is well-equipped with skills such as growth management, project management, change management and operations. Overall, she has experienced quite what it takes to build organisations from scratch. And yet, solving a new business problem excites her the most.
She has done her MBA from Masters Union, Gurgaon. Here, she was also a core committee member of the Masters Union Innovation Lab (MUIL) which is the in-house startup school at MU where she helped several startups launch and iterate their business models.
On the personal front, ‘Ancora Imparo’ which translates to ‘Yet, I keep learning’ are the words she believes in. She loves travelling and has been to over 50 villages that don’t exist on the maps yet. She has completed 4 high-altitude treks in the Himalayas and over 10 treks in the Sahyadri.
