Practising RCA Mock Interviews! with Sakshi Rathore

With my recent transition to PM, I have been able to practice a lot of RCAs. While I love doing these questions, I also learned how to:

1. Structurize
2. Approach
3. Ask questions
4. End it (conclude it)
5. Engage with the interviewer

These skills must be developed and can only happen with learning, practicing, feedback absorption, and re-learning. And I'd like to help you out with the above so that you can practice & ace your next interview.

Define the purpose of the call: If you're ready to practice it with me; you have 3 options

1. BYOQ: You can Bring in Your Own Question to practice (try not to solve it beforehand). PS: I'll take a few minutes to see the end problem before you can start solving it. This has a bonus: The next call is a free one if required.
2. Analyze the previous answer: Ask a question that you were asked and we can analyze your answer together.
3. Solve the given RCA: I ask you an RCA question which you solve and we can discuss the improvement points and where you're already killing it.

Interview structure: 1 Hr. call (Not hard & fast but we'll try to stick to the time)

1. First 10 minutes: To-and-fro introduction to break the ice
2. Second 5 minutes: Finding or telling a question
3. Next 30 minutes: Solving the RCA
4. 10 minutes: Myself giving a feedback
5. 5 minutes: You may give me feedback on how I can improve during the process of this service
