I am à maverick Instructional Designer (ID), similar to a Scientist (with no Science Degree though and no great marks to boast of in the School - DPS, Noida - where I studied Science with Computers). ID is a science (Google says too), where one needs to investigate the existing Client Requirements at depth (Bloom Level "Synthesis") to discover the existing, which is yet undiscovered, and do that with a mind of a Scientific Investigator (the only accreditation I possess, as defined by the Merriam Webster Dictionary!) and propose the best possible learning solution. Over the years (19 years and still counting: 5 yrs in Education, rest in the Corporate as an ID), have learnt how to do this within the pre-decided Project Timelines [Of course, there are cases when the sky falls down and I do need to update my plans and strategies to keep up with the challenges of the dynamic world we live in. I do that too with aplomb, thanks to my years of experience, without impacting my Clients' business that I serve!] That's about me in a nutshell, which you won't find in my CV or the "Experience" section. My (hyper) activity on LinkedIn with frequent likes/comments or occasional posts and a long enough list of recommendations/endorsements (I am so thankful to each one of them!), might help you know a little more about me (if you believe there are some genuine people too on LinkedIn.
