𝐌𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲? I'm Sakshi, and I wanted to share a bit about how I ended up as a 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫. Let me take you on a quick tour of my journey from being a 𝐁𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 student at 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐢 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐡𝐲𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐡 to where I am today. Unlike some, I didn't crack those big IIT exams, and BTech seemed like a natural choice for me at the time. Honestly, I had zero coding skills and a lot of frustration initially. But, I decided to figure it out. I made a schedule, learned coding, and even taught my friends. 𝐀𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠! From that point, things just clicked! Learning became a habit, and I've never hesitated to dive into something new. 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲! Fast forward to corporate life, and I was initially a bit lost. However, with time, I not only learned the necessary skills but also earned appreciation for my dedication. I didn't stop there. I started helping new joiners navigate the complexities, gave client demos, and played a role in their success stories too. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐫! My journey has been all about continuous growth, both personally and professionally. Initially confined to backend work with .𝐍𝐄𝐓 , I expanded my horizons to include 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫, 𝐒𝐐𝐋, and 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐎𝐩𝐬. The learning curve was steep, but the satisfaction of mastering new skills kept me going. What sets me apart is my positive attitude, always ready to learn, and the joy I find in helping others succeed. I've been actively involved in providing cross-skill training to my colleagues, fostering an environment of collaboration and shared success.
