Saksham Sharma is a visionary leader, mentor, and the founder of Careerkunj, a platform dedicated to empowering students and professionals to make informed career decisions. With over five years of extensive corporate experience, Saksham began his journey at TCS, one of India’s largest IT firms, where he served as a recruiter. In this role, he was instrumental in identifying and onboarding top talent for the Mumbai and Indore regions, conducting over 1,000 interviews, and spearheading campus recruitment drives at elite institutions such as IIT and IIM Indore. Recognizing the importance of societal contribution, Saksham transitioned into Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at TCS. As the Regional CSR Lead for Central India, he successfully expanded initiatives to drive meaningful change in communities, showcasing his commitment to making a difference beyond corporate goals. Saksham’s passion for mentoring led him to interact with countless college students, delivering impactful sessions on topics like interview preparation, resume writing, and life skills. His interactions highlighted the challenges students face in navigating their career paths, inspiring him to create Careerkunj. An academic achiever, Saksham holds an MBA in HR from IMS, DAVV, a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a master’s in Counselling and Spiritual Health. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Management, with research focused on the impact of Spiritual Intelligence on employee well-being. His academic pursuits are a testament to his dedication to continuous learning and his holistic approach to personal and professional development. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Saksham is a certified Level 2 Yoga Wellbeing Instructor, accredited by the Ministry of Ayush, Govt of India. He deeply values mindfulness and well-being, regularly practicing meditation, yoga, and contributing to research through writing articles and papers.
