As an extremely versatile, determined and results driven Procurement Leader, I have gained progressive experience in international procurement and global supplier relationship management. This includes definition and execution of procurement strategies and identification of cost saving initiatives. During my career, I have been instrumental in creating centralised procurement by consolidating decentralized teams. This includes standardisation of the way of working, processes, tools and practices in procurement across all teams in order to offer a high and consistent level of service to stakeholders. As a manager, I have a positive leadership style and build global procurement teams to deliver results by providing ongoing training and development. With a technical background and strong engineering skills, I have a clear vision for creating efficient procurement processes in complex environments and industries, including procedures for capital procurement & maintenance repairs and operations (MRO). I fully utilise my commercial and technical awareness to finalise cost effective terms and conditions, pricing and contracting models with suppliers to realise business value, leveraging supplier product and process innovation along the value chain.
