A really good listener, doesn't complain if one overshares which I was going to but didn't thank me for spontaneous senses, and good advices all over, I had fun while talking to her and glad to say she's really hard working and gives it her all. She was more concerned about my dreams and is really an elder sister figure in my life.

About me

The more you try to explain your product, the harder it often becomes to understand. And most B2B SaaS products struggle because users don’t understand them fast enough to act. (that usually gets mistaken for a growth problem) This shows up in very specific ways: • A user lands ͐ scrolls ͐ still doesn’t know if it is for them • Your demo explains what your landing page didn’t • Users ask basic questions your product already answers • You get interest, but not enough people actually move forward • Internally everything makes sense, externally it needs explanation Users drop off before they even reach the part where your product is actually good. I work on that gap. I focus on where understanding breaks: • What a new user thinks your product does in the first 10–15 seconds • Where they hesitate before taking action • What feels clear internally but confusing externally And then I fix that across: landing pages, onboarding, and core product messaging. What working with me looks like: • I go through your product like a first-time user (landing ͐ onboarding ͐ key flows) • I identify exactly where understanding breaks and why. • You get a structured breakdown of what’s unclear, what’s unnecessary and what needs to be said differently. • I rewrite / restructure key parts. (additional service) (landing page, onboarding, product messaging) • If needed, I translate this into content: (additional service) (UGC videos, demos, product-led content) Most teams try to fix things by adding more content but it usually gets fixed by removing what creates confusion first. Before this, I spent 5+ years as an engineer and developer at TCS, working on internal systems, documentation, and product communication alongside my regular development work. Which means I don’t just understand how products work, I understand how they get misunderstood as well. Alongside this, I create content on Instagram around tech, work, and everyday systems (@sajidasiddiquii) This gives me a real-time view of how people interpret information outside structured product environments which directly informs how I approach product understanding. 💌 If you’re getting attention but not enough action, there’s usually a break in how your product is being understood. We can figure out where that breaks :)
