Since then, for last 14 years, I have devoted myself to the realm of academia, specializing in Placement Divisions. Presently, I serve as the GM of Corporate Relations and Placements at XLRI Delhi-NCR Campus, following impactful roles such as Head of Placement at IIM Ranchi for seven years, Placement Officer at IIM Raipur for two years, and Training and Placement Officer at BIT Mesra for five years. My academic pursuits culminated in a PhD from Birla Institute of Technology Mesra (BIT Mesra), focusing on the satisfaction of employers regarding the employability of fresh engineering graduates in India. I have authored three publications as the lead author, including one in an ABDC Category A journal, another in an ABDC Category B journal, and a third in a Scopus-indexed journal with a cite score of 2.72. Additionally, I have co-authored two papers published in ABDC-indexed journals. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated proficiency in general administrative functions across various domains, adeptly managing Training and Placement Office functions and campus recruitment programs with a results-oriented approach. Possessing deep insight into job market dynamics, I excel in relationship management and departmental administration, expanding recruiter bases and fostering existing relationships. My skill set extends to profit center management, functional administration of marketing activities, and liaisoning, coupled with strong organizational, human, and conceptual capabilities honed over years of professional practice.
