Problem Solving Round (Data structures & Algorithm Round) is a constant and significant portion of SDE interviews, at most of the product based and high paying Software companies. This round is not an open-ended round and hence building solid foundational knowledge and efficient problem solving skill becomes essential. This 2 hour session is the right place for you to start, as I cover a holistic view of what you could expect in this process and how to equip yourself for it. If Clarity + Realistic + Organized + Customized approach is what you are looking for, this is the right session.

For which Role ?
Not every technical role and every technical interview process has this DSA round. Below picture has details about the role + companies where we typically find this round. The session is focused on this particular role and its expectations. If your aspiration is for a different role, ensure that the role you are applying for needs preparation for this round.

What is covered in the session ? How will it be useful ? Is it any different from what is out there for free ?
- I will be presenting about the Interview format, expectations, effort behind the expectations, technical and non-tech aspects, resources and preparation process insights.

- The session will equip you with ability to see and build a realistic road map, that works exclusively for you. You will be able to see the process from all angles. We will discuss in detail on major pain points that one would face and how to approach it.
- The session contains a well dissected view of the process. We break down the effort behind the expectation in detail. Building DSA knowledge and problem solving skill is NOT a linear 'Read -> Solve few problems -> Give interview' process. We discuss in detail on why is it that way and an alternate and effective way to approach this in a phased and iterative manner. This approach will set strong foundation, have fair self-assessment and be confident and consistent eventually.

I had an insightful discussion with Sairam about Data Structures and Algorithms, and I must say, his depth of knowledge and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured manner were truly impressive. He not only provided clear explanations but also shared practical approaches to problem-solving, making the discussion both engaging and valuable. His passion for DSA and willingness to help others understand it better is commendable. Highly recommend learning from him!
