Sai is a seasoned HR Leader and Business Partner with experience in building and managing end to end HR across multiple geographies including specialist experience in managing the emerging markets of Asia (APJ, Greater China, MEA, SEA and India). As an Independent HR Advisor, Sai has been engaged in the set up of a Global Capability Center for a iconic retail brand and scaling it. He is also engaged with clients in Talent space across Real Estate, Engineering, apart from IT. As Chief People Officer of Mobileum, he was responsible for Global HR to enable its transformation. In his earlier assignment at Infosys, he was the Head HR for Geography HR ( Americas, Europe and Asia), Global Markets covering the worldwide salesforce, Platforms business unit. Earlier he was handling multiple business segments across Infosys which include Retail, CPG, Logistics, Lifesciences and Services, Insurance, Cards and Payments, Digital Integration Services, FINACLE (TM) and India Business. He has lived and worked in the APAC Geography as a Geography HR leader with Infosys, being based out of Tokyo (2002-2005), Shanghai (2005-2009) and Bangalore (2009-2012). He was responsible for starting up and nurturing end to end HR operations across Japan, ANZ, ASEAN and Greater China regions for Infosys. Focus areas included: Employment and Immigration law compliance, Compensation and Benefits Structuring, Organizational Development Interventions and Staffing including Leadership and talent development at strategic and operational levels, including country leaders. Prior to this, Sai managed experienced professionals hiring for worldwide geo businesses for Infosys. Before joining Infosys, Sai lead the procurement and planning function at Denso Haryana, a wholly owned subsidiary of DENSO Corporation, Japan.
