I’m Saibal, based in Kolkata, India, currently working as an Engineering Manager specializing in Cloud-Native and Multi-Tier Web Applications development and deployment. With over a decade of experience, I’ve spent the last 4+ years leading engineering teams to deliver robust, cloud-based solutions. Before transitioning into leadership, I honed my technical expertise as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, building scalable and efficient systems for 8+ years.
