Ever since my graduation in engineering, I fell in love with leadership roles, helping building great products, Consulting and people management became my passion, led my path to PGDM. I Have done my Postgraduate diploma in management in marketing and analytics. Then, I cracked my short term goal in Entain, a global leader in the Gambling industry. with close to 6 years of experience in Project Management, building and scaling Agile environments. We built powerful 360 degree Salesforce projects, Product platforms. 2017, my journey started as Scrum Master, I was yes new to Industry, most people thought I wasted my 2 years in PGDM but for me that is the core. It helped me in building not only People management and Presentation skills, I learnt many ways of improving and building services and business process cycles, my intuition towards building and managing great products lead my path towards lean thinking. I experimented a new learning strategy by building a team while studying in PGDM to create a new Startup which eventually built many business practices which no Degree thought at that quick pace. We we documented our product requirements, we had managed a team of interns to build us a demo product, we managed a team size of 12 interns. we pitched our product. We learned about many cycles of business. With these experiences, I built my strengths which helped me to land in IVY Comptech as Scrum Master, we are early joiners of company who build successful Agile mindset and Scrum culture. which is the result, I had opportunity to take new responsibilities as Senior scrum Master to Project specialist. Successfully managing Entain's various global markets with the most compliance rules, we have been able to cater 40+ successful brands across the globe which is the reason we are technology drivers for Entain which alone holds 40+ brand portfolio, which is a leader in the Casino Gaming industry
