As a CX Consultant, I have been fortunate to work in the Sales, Service and Utility domains for companies across the globe. With my expertise in SAP ISU processes, integration with CPI system and Qualtrics, I have been involved in both Waterfall and Agile-based development modules. Additionally, I have worked as a Support Consultant for BAU process, assisting clients in their transformation journeys to enhance their Customer Experience by providing a 360' view. I have a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and my linguistic knowledge and versatility complement my skillset. My expertise includes Data Workbench, developing custom and reusing standard services, custom object creation, and extending standard objects by writing ABSL and BODL scripts. I have also worked on Adobe Forms and Interactive Adobe Forms in C4C, enhancing BADIs, creating custom Code Lists and Configuration Objects, Approval Process, enhancing Workflows, and creating new Adaptation Layouts based on process requests. I am familiar with Data Migration concepts of migrating data from CIS to C4C system, integration techniques, and tenant set-up with MLAC. I am certified in Service Cloud, Product Support Accreditation, and ERP 6.0 Utilities. Apart from my professional life, I am a gamer by night, always exploring new virtual worlds and experiencing different narratives.
