About me
I am a passionate and hands-on network engineer with 8 years of experience keeping networks secure, stable, and future-ready.
Currently working as an Assistant Manager – Network Operations at Deloitte, I lead efforts around critical outages and performance optimization for core technologies like Firewalls, Routers, VPN, DDI, Cisco ISE, and F5 LTM/GTM load balancers. I’ve also worked across multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and helped prevent major incidents by proactively monitoring on prem and cloud network devices and automating incident response.
One of the projects I’m proud of: I helped expand our monitoring footprint from 28,000 to 45,000 alerts, boosting visibility and allowing us to fix issues before they became Outages. I’ve also built automation flows using Python and Power Platform to cut down on repetitive work and improve response times.
I hold a Master’s in Computer Networking (George Mason University, USA) and an MBA in Leadership & Administration, which helps me blend deep technical knowledge with a leadership mindset. Whether it's solving BGP issues at 2 AM or mentoring a new team member, I genuinely enjoy making networks—and the teams that run them—better every day.
