I am a qualified lawyer and privacy professional with multiple certifications and throughout my career, I have gathered expertise in privacy audits, reviews, and assessments. I have managed data subject requests, vendor privacy reviews, DPA negotiations, customer DPA negotiations, customer RFPs, and due diligence. Additionally, I have developed privacy and security frameworks, PII inventories, data flow diagrams, and conducted data localization, payment systems, SWIFT CSF, card tokenization, and privacy maturity assessments, as well as PIA/DPIAs, TIAs.
