Most applicants get rejected not because they lack achievements, but because their application lacks direction. Without direction, even strong profiles break down: the timing's off, the program doesn't fit, and the application tells different stories across the CV, essays, and interviews.

B-Schools don’t evaluate application components in isolation. They evaluate whether your story makes sense as a whole. That's how I received admits from the top European and Canadian schools, and that's what we do here.

How we work: Having sent dozens of applicants to schools like ISB, USC Marshall, NUS, IE, HEC, and other top European and Canadian programs, I approach applications the way admissions committees do: top-down, not checklist-driven.

  1. Direction & Long-Term Career Logic: We clarify whether an MBA, MiM, or specialized business program makes sense at this stage, and which courses, schools, and countries align with your long-term goals and career trajectory.
  2. AdCom-Style Profile Evaluation: I assess your academics, experience, strengths and gaps in the way schools actually read them — including what they infer between the lines. I use structured deep dives instead of generic personality tests.
  3. Narrative & CV Building: We identify leadership stories, shape a personal and professional narrative, and rebuild your CV to support a single application thesis instead of listing disconnected achievements.
  4. Application Building: Then we translate the core story across different schools while maintaining consistency across essays and short answers — avoiding subtle contradictions that quietly weaken strong profiles.
  5. Interview Preparation: We align spoken responses with the written narrative, refine your articulation and prepare for school-specific interview styles with a long, robust list of questions so your story holds under pressure.
  6. Post-Admit Clarity & Preparation: For admits, I help with navigating choices and understanding trade-offs between various schools, and preparing mentally and strategically for business school and recruiting.

My methodology is shaped by years of close work with admissions teams, alumni, and insiders across global business schools on how decisions are actually made.

What we achieve: You can engage for the entire journey, or for a specific stage — school selection, profile evaluation, application building, or interview prep. Regardless, you walk out with a clear application roadmap, a single coherent story across your application and confident decisions.

A strong profile helps, but it can’t compensate for a confused application story. And remember, clarity compounds — the earlier you get it, the better options you keep. So let's roll.
