In this session, we identify the experiences from your academics, internships, projects, leadership roles, achievements, challenges, and personal growth that best represent you. Together, we create a structured story bank that can be used across a wide range of interview questions.

This becomes the foundation for the entire programme.

Session 2: Mastering Interview Questions

Once your story bank is ready, we focus on the questions you are most likely to encounter.

We work through common interview themes, understand what interviewers are actually looking for, and learn how to structure responses that are clear, relevant, and easy to follow.

The focus is on developing a process for answering questions rather than memorising answers.

Session 3: Answer Review & Refinement

Now we put everything together.

Your responses are reviewed in detail, strengths are reinforced, weak areas are addressed, and answers are refined to sound more natural, confident, and authentic.

This stage helps bridge the gap between knowing your experiences and communicating them effectively.
