I am a Verification Specialist at Verify360, a leading background screening company, where I ensure that all background checks are performed on the final candidates for various clients. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in financial accounting and auditing from Mulund College Of Commerce, and I have completed my Master of Commerce degree in Banking and Finance from the same institution in May 2023. I have strong skills in compliance auditing, analytical skills, and problem solving, which I apply in my daily work. In my role at Verify360, I validate all applicant documents, conduct background checks, follow up on client requests, and perform comprehensive analysis and research on the escalated issues. I have also completed a virtual internship at PwC Switzerland, where I learned how to use Power BI to analyze call center trends, customer retention, and diversity and inclusion.
