The portfolio round is usually the make-or-break round in the interview process for product designers and design managers. What should you show? How much should you say? Are you coming across as too vague or getting lost in the details? Have you been applying to roles only to be told after the interview that you fit a level or two down? There’s a lot of skill and nuance to getting it just right.

Over the last 20+ years I have interviewed over two thousand designers and design managers for the teams I have built and led. I have done this across different geographies and very diverse companies. I know what hiring managers look for as well as where job applicants typically fall short of the mark.

In our session you will experience-

1. Presenting your work to me as you would in a real portfolio round interview (25 minutes with no interruptions)
