I am an Engineering Graduate (Gold Medalist) with 6+ years of experience as a Scientific Officer at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (Group A Service). I have gone through 4 UPSC CSE attempts, qualifying Prelims 3 consecutive times, writing multiple Mains, and reaching the UPSC CSE Interview stage once. Having experienced both worlds ie, the uncertainty of an aspirant and the responsibility of an Officer, I understand that most students do not fail because of lack of hard work alone.
