With over nine years of experience in managing complex and high-value projects in the fertilizer manufacturing industry, I am currently an Entrepreneur In Residence at Intello Labs, a leading AI company that provides quality assessment solutions for agri-food products. I joined Intello Labs in September 2021 to explore new opportunities and ideas that can leverage my expertise in project management and agriculture, and contribute to the company's vision of transforming the quality and transparency of food supply chains. As a former Project Manager at Coromandel International Limited, I successfully planned and executed strategies to improve the infrastructure, technology, and volume of the unit, and delivered more than 12 greenfield and brownfield major projects and 100 small coordination projects across eight plants in India. I also managed a capital expenditure budget of about 600 million per annum and commissioned the first ever vertical den SSP technology in India, reducing the curing time and shuffling. I am a PMP certified professional with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and an Executive Project Management Program from IIM Kozhikode. I am passionate about learning, growing, and making a difference in the agri-food sector with innovation and efficiency.
