With over a decade in Human Resources, I’ve had the opportunity to partner with fast-scaling startups and established enterprises alike leading people strategies that are as grounded in business outcomes as they are in human connection. For the past six years, my focus has been on building and scaling HR functions across industries like digital marketing, adtech, SaaS and D2C. From strategic workforce planning and employer branding to policy design and leadership development, I’ve worked closely with founders and CXOs to turn HR into a core driver of growth not a support function operating on the sidelines. Currently, I lead global HR for a group of high-growth companies known as Super Tribe including Social Donut, Admattic, Traffic Venue, Segumento, Plan B, PropNxt, Plan B Consultancy and Elver. In this role, I oversee people operations across regions, ensuring we scale sustainably, stay true to our culture and build future-ready teams that thrive in complexity. My early years in MNCs taught me the value of systems thinking, structured decision-making and process excellence. My time in startups taught me speed, agility and comfort with ambiguity. I bring both lenses to the table balancing pace with precision. Outside of work, I find joy in the simple things like trekking in the hills, losing track of time over music or having a great conversation over a cup of coffee (or whatever’s brewing). I believe people do their best work when they feel seen, supported or inspired and that’s the energy I aim to bring into every room I walk into.
