Since 2012, I have been the founder of ACTSol & Associates and ACTSol's eLearning Institute, two enterprises that help organizations and individuals achieve their goals through business process improvement and eLearning development. I am a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional, with a strong background in automotive engineering and entrepreneurship. My core competencies include developing, optimizing, improving, and executing business process strategies across multiple functions, such as human resources, legal, finance, operations, marketing, quality assurance, and business strategy. I also create and deliver professional development courses on management concepts and skills to students, professionals, and organizations, using richly illustrated and interactive learning modules. I lead a team of experts who share my passion and vision for business process improvement and eLearning development. Together, we have successfully completed more than two dozen big consulting projects and developed more than 300 hours of eLearning course content on topics like quality management, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and interview skills. My mission is to create value for my clients and learners through profitable innovations and meaningful solutions. I am also the author of five books on business process improvement, eLearning development, and entrepreneurship.
