A little progress each day adds up to big results. I see everyday as a new challenge and after working 12 years, I feel the same as day 1 of my career to learn afresh and unlearn my old beliefs and learnings. With this principle in mind I work with my team to solve everyday problems in online marketplaces be it Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, 1MG, Big Basket, Blinkit, Swiggy or any other channel. I leverage my experience to help businesses grow online. My fuel is the learnings of multiple brands across multiple channels, each with its own set of challenges. Before starting 11 Seven Group, I was heading Ecommerce and Marketing at ZOTAC Technologies Ltd a gaming hardware brand, where I built the online sales and digital channels. Prior to that, I was a business manager at Ace Turtle Technologies, where I managed online sales for major brands like Fossil, VIP, Samsonite, and more. In the nascent years of ecommerce in India, I was a category manager at Snapdeal and Flipkart, managing the gaming, computer component, and music movies categories. I have received several awards and honors for my innovation, performance, and leadership in the ecommerce industry.
