Before you start building anything ashore, you should know what you're actually walking into what it costs, how long it takes to become useful again, and what nobody tells you about the first two years. I've watched people go ashore for the wrong reason and spend three years trying to get back.

So this call answers one question: based on your actual situation, is leaving the right move for you right now?

• Whether the reason you want to leave is a leaving problem or a something-else problem
• What's realistically open to you ashore, and what isn't
• If the answer is yes: what the honest first step looks like
• If the answer is no or not yet: what would need to change, and by when

How it works You fill a short form when you book. I read it and do the research before we talk, so we spend the 30 minutes on your decision instead of your background.

Why it's not free I did these free for a long time. The research takes real hours, and between a full-time job and an MBA I don't have hours to give to calls that don't get joined. The fee is what makes the slot real for you and for me.
