I am a Sr. Product Manager in the Chase Branded Credit Card product team in JPMorgan Chase working on developing new products that impact our customers. My primary focus is on developing customer centric capabilities around Digital Web/Mobile, Customer Service and Branch experiences. I collaborate with our strategy, design, and technology teams to define products capabilities, design modernized technology solutions, and collaborate with cross product teams to deliver an optimal product to our customers. My strong communication skills allow me to effectively make recommendations to senior leaders and provide guidance to support teams.
