• Managing the project team of Legacy to Digital transformation of the Fund Accounting Product. • Driving offshore sprint planning meeting, governance calls and presenting updates on onshore steering committee meetings. Led regular communication with cross-function stakeholders on project progress and updates. • Managing BAU clients project team and planning release management across multiple product lines within Fund Accounting. • Estimations and Proposals creation, Forecasting of resources, allocation/re-allocation of members to upcoming projects. • Planning and executing projects to ensure that our engineering development deliverables meet the product owners and other stakeholder’s requirements. • Participating and providing inputs to Onshore product owners on the Product roadmap, Market research initiatives. • Handling Org level Internal Quality Audits, performing internal reviews for estimations, configuration management, metrics, Best Practices, Lessons learnt, RCA action items. • Member management, taking care of assignments of members, new onboardings / off-boardings, appraisal discussions. Guiding members on their Individual Development Plans.
