Currently, I am a Senior Executive Human Resources at Aimlay Pvt Ltd and a Human Resources Executive at HR DHARMA, where I source, screen, interview, and hire candidates for various roles and levels, provide HR solutions and services to clients across industries, and lead and manage teams of recruiters and HR professionals. I have successfully filled multiple positions, improved HR processes and policies, and increased client satisfaction and retention rates.
