Hi! I’m Sachin. I hold CSM®, SAFe® 4.5 and ISTQB testing certifications ( CTFL - Foundation, Agile Ext and ISTQB Advance - Test Manager ) and carry the hands-on experience of over 12+ years in implementing Agile frameworks. I believe my communication, tactful facilitation, and conflict management skills help me engage well with customers and stakeholders at all levels. I am flexible and very open to feedback with an intrinsic skill to self-coach. A highly motivated, results-focused and seasoned professional with a very unique blend of Quality assurance and Process management experience. Responsibility Briefing : • Involvement in most aspects of Software testing of Cloud base application including: scheduling task, making test strategy, designing test scenario, controlling and monitoring test activities also reporting results/findings/status. •Managed business-level client relationships (expectations, communications, escalation & feedback) •Provide leadership and direction to the team, providing Technical guidance to the team, Day to day tracking of project progress and resolving impediments. •Handled multiple QA / Testing deliveries – Estimation, allocation of work, effort tracking, people management, handling the various issues within the team and interacting with the business. • Test Management activities that include: Test Planning, Scheduling & Tracking, Resource Allocation, Metrics Tracking and Reporting. •Conducting reviews, continuous improvement by defect root cause analysis, test artifact reviews and other investigative methods. Sharing best practices with the team and encouraging incorporation for delivery excellence.
