Sachin is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is currently working with KPMG's Employment and Labour Law Team. He regularly advises domestic and multinational organizations on a wide range of issues pertaining to labour and employment law including but not limited to industrial relations, industrial disputes, workforce restructuring, employee-related policies, social security legislations, compensation and benefits, internal regulatory compliance, issues pertaining to PF, ESI, and immigration law engagements. He is also skilled in handling compliance and advisory of provident fund and other social security laws. He is interested in new opportunities that further help him to learn and grow.
