My Professional career so far has been a magical experience. Started my career as a Director of a higher education Institute at 25. My career graph has been Mercurial so far. Having tried my hand at multiple things as student, I groomed skills like Leadership, Team Building, Conflict Management, Event Management etc., From having designed an Industry oriented, student centric program and being able to execute all strategies with maximum precision and accuracy while ethically delivering values that truly matter, to Marketing, Managing and Monitoring the whole process of developing the enterprise, I've learnt some critical traits of Leadership that I try and pass on to my students. As an intense and a tech savvy head of an educational institution with a vision to keep delivering value and creating many generations of leaders, I hope to continue learning on a consistent basis. Something that has truly helped me grow. I'm extremely passionate about being able to bring change into a student's life and motivate him/her to chase excellence by consistently pushing to achieve higher levels of performance. I've always believed that one should aim to improve performance goals and trust a clear process to achieve success. A value I try and instill into my students from day one. With a respectable and a strong network in the middle east and indian Construction Industry, I hope to grow and keep making differences in lives of others.
