Sabya have completed a Master’s in Supply Chain at UT Dallas, graduating with high distinction. During their professional journey, they served as a Supply Chain Network Planner at Liebherr Mining for a year before transitioning to their current role as a Pathways Operations Manager for the past two years. In this capacity, Sabya earned recognition as the Desert Region Star among 500 managers for significantly improving site productivity, elevating it from a lower to a top 15 position within the network. Sabya is now working as a Network Planner for Amazon Air, where they lead the North American package flow plan. Their experience in the shipping industry involved managing crew training and overseeing over 100 voyages, executing procurement processes, and fostering global vendor relationships. Known for their dedication and resilience, Sabya aims to advance Supply Chain operations further by studying and applying Blockchain technology.
