I build AI-driven products for millions of users of industry-leading brands by blending behavioral science with data and have a soft spot for stellar UX design. My work focuses on crafting features that earn long-term user trust and deliver measurable results. I have navigated diverse challenges across the smart EV, food delivery, and ride-hailing sectors for companies like Ather, Swiggy, and Uber. From crushing highly critical support tickets and delivering on-ground marketing campaigns at Uber; to developing ML-led personalisation products at Swiggy that made 25Mn MAU on the app decide faster to prevent drop-off and creating a viral year-end engagement feature; to taking the Ather Energy smart EV connected app from a 3.2 to 4.5 rating on Android/iOS and filing a patent for inventing industry-first personalised charging reminders, and AI driven crash alerts and features to discourage irresponsible parking - I carry a good breadth and fairly well-rounded perspective on product building and have led charge on both short term roadmaps and long term strategies. My teammates often say that my superpower lies in my understanding of the user's needs and being their advocate in our meeting rooms and thats exactly what I decided to be my product building values from Day-0 as taught to me my early mentors who are celebrated product leaders in India and abroad.
