I'm a researcher-turned-climate-tech professional working at the intersection of engineering, disaster risk, data analytics, and climate resilience. My career has spanned academic research, public-sector disaster management, and climate technology. Along the way, I've navigated the transition from research to industry and learned how to translate complex technical work into practical insights and professional opportunities. I created this space to share those lessons with people navigating similar journeys — whether you're a student exploring research, a PhD graduate considering industry, a professional looking to break into climate tech, or someone who simply wants a stronger resume or research paper. My goal is to offer honest, practical, and thoughtful feedback that helps you clarify your options, communicate your strengths, and take your next step with greater confidence.
