Testimonials
Saagar was incredibly helpful and shared thoughtful insights. I truly appreciated that he had reviewed all my documents in advance and gave clear suggestions on the schools I should be targeting. That said, I would really value a bit more guidance or perhaps a follow-up conversation to better understand the full application journey support and how to go about each part. For someone like me (very indecisive), it can be hard to feel fully confident after just one call, especially given the financial commitment involved. A second conversation after official scores are in, or a deeper discussion around the career paths available at each school and how to choose the right ones, and why it seems like the right option, would be super helpful. I also want to say how much I admired his patience and how the call felt extremely supportive, not salesy at all. That said, a gentle nudge or providing deeper understanding of the entire process broken down in steps could actually make the decision-making easier! Thank you once again!
Absolutely loved the call. Saagar is super knowledgeable on the MBA process. Importantly, he was candid about my chances. He gave me a number of tips to improve my application. Unlike other consultants I talked to who I felt were skimming the surface in those conversations. As I prepare to do my applications, next year, thanks to him I have a plan.

About me
Saagar is a South India-born North-Indian who grew up in Saudi labor camps and somehow ended up at INSEAD. Before that, he helped launch new businesses at one of India’s fastest-growing startups, scaled a vertical to 5 million dollars in a year, and once interviewed a rebel leader in rural Odisha while working in consulting.
A former KPMG strategist turned product guy turned storyteller, Saagar believes that no great admit story was ever written in bullet points. His own story, Cracks, about failure and reinvention, took him to the nationals of the World Championship of Public Speaking and helped him crack INSEAD. (Watch it here: bit.ly/cracks_kintsugi).
At INSEAD, he led the public speaking and storytelling clubs and started helping peers craft powerful narratives. That hobby turned into a business. Over the last 5 years, he has helped candidates get into Harvard, Kellogg, INSEAD and more, with a 95 percent success rate.
He loves microphones, pani puri, and the magic of words. If you want to build a story that lands, drop him a note at saagar@thenarrativesinc.com. No pitch. No fluff. Just a real conversation about your goals.
Winning with applicants makes him feel alive. It is a win goddamn win.
