Having worked in Industry 4.0 commissioning projects in the United States at Intel Corporation, I got the opportunity to add value to innovative technologies including the most sophisticated automated intralogistics. My experience included setting up smart factories to enable the manufacture of microchips. I coordinated the efforts to install semiconductor manufacturing machines to the value of $7 billion as part of an integrated system consisting of automated material handling systems. After getting multiple high value projects across the line through efficient process design, I embarked on a mission to drive growth in the automated precision metal manufacturing industry in India and presided over as Partner at Savitri Enterprises (privately held corporation) in Mumbai. The modernization efforts included installation of state-of-the-art precision manufacturing machines and utilisation of special tools to increase throughput. I led the new product development, process improvement initiatives and end-to-end production planning with emphasis on driving growth through efficient process design. My entrepreneurial experience prepared me for further enterprising activities as a result of the learnings from the successes and more importantly the failures of a business. More recently, I have been involved in solving business cases of small and medium scale enterprises through requirement gathering, preparing their business data and analysing to enable them to make data driven decisions. I see myself inclined towards consulting for implementation of innovative technologies for industries to optimise their supply chain and logistics. I believe I can bring a unique perspective to solve problems for your organisation with my varied experience in commissioning of high-tech systems, entrepreneurial experience in the automated manufacturing industry and data analysis skills.
