About me

As an Assistant Lab Instructor at Cal State LA College of ECST, I teach and grade students on how to build and program sensor circuits and systems using software and hardware tools. I was referred for this position based on my excellent performance as a student of the same course. I am also a passionate and skilled electrical and computer engineer, with a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles. I have a strong interest and expertise in robotics and artificial intelligence, which I have applied in various projects and internships. For example, I led a team to design and build a fully functional scientific research rover for the URC competition, using C++, Python, ROS, LiDAR, and computer vision. I also interned at Rivian, where I worked hands-on with the sensors, embedded software systems, cameras, and ECUs to integrate self-driving features into customer vehicles at the factory. I wrote Python scripts that automated processes and increased vehicle production, and I implemented the self-driving systems in Rivian's Electric Delivery Vehicle for Amazon. I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity to change the world through sustainable electrical engineering. I am also an active member of the IEEE, where I serve as an executive board member and contribute to the professional development and networking of my peers. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with others, and take on new projects that align with my values and goals.
