As a product manager at BluSmart, I lead the development and launch of innovative mobility solutions that leverage data analysis. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast cost savings, design trade visualization tools, and improve product profitability and usability and enhance customer experience. I have successfully delivered multiple projects that have enhanced the customer experience. Prior to joining BluSmart, I worked as a technology product and business strategist at Citi for three years, where I worked in collaboration to cater to machine learning requirements and managed automation initiatives in Commodties trading as well as Compliance arms of Citi. My innovative project on automating the build release and approval process was recognized as the most innovative project in the business unit. I am currently pursuing a PGP degree in Technology and Business Management at Masters' Union, where I have won multiple case competitions, including the PM School challenge. I also hold certifications in AWS and data science basics using python. I am passionate about painting and visual art, and have led the arts and crafts club in my undergraduate college.
