About me

I've spent over two and a half decades in tech, and the one thing I keep coming back to is this: strategy means nothing without execution. I'm a hands-on leader and architect. I don't hand off a spec and wait: I stay in the problem until it's solved. That's shaped how I think about AI today. Most conversations about AI stop at the idea layer. What model, what use case, what demo? I'm more interested in what comes after — how teams actually ship AI products, keep them running, and prove they're worth the investment. I hold an AI patent. I've spent 25 years building systems at scale, including time at Microsoft and Accenture. I've run startups earlier in life. These days, I spend a lot of time thinking about the infrastructure and operational decisions that determine whether AI products survive contact with production.
