▪Roles and responsibilities: • sourcing through varoious channels. • screening, interview scheduling ,follow up with the client and candidate and co-ordination with the shortlisted candidates through telephonic, in person, and also taking HR interviews based on the requirements as per the position. • scrutiny of each profile searched,and filter down relevant profiles matching the requirement and upload the profiles into the database.
