As an Instructional System Designer for Team Carney, Inc., I am responsible for utilizing my extensive skills in the field of instructional design, learning management systems, AI, and multimedia production to develop online training courses that are both engaging and effective. With nearly twenty years of experience providing training solutions to a variety of government and military clients, I take a meticulous approach to my work, utilizing the ADDIE methodology and a range of authoring tools to ensure that each project meets the highest standards of quality. In addition to my work with Team Carney, I am also deeply committed to several other endeavors that reflect my passion for human rights, mental health awareness, and Indian classical music. As co-owner at the Indian Classical Music School of Columbia, LLC, I serve as the primary overseer of all aspects of learning management, including planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. Furthermore, I am heavily involved in producing multimedia content for the YouTube channel SwarMatters, which focuses on promoting Indian classical music to a wider audience. Lastly, as a Combat Veteran and immigrant, I feel honored to serve as an ambassador for the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service. I use my voice to champion the rights and respect of refugees and immigrants. Through each of these initiatives, I am dedicated to using my expertise and knowledge to empower, educate, and inspire communities of all backgrounds and walks of life.
