As the Chief Operations Architect at The Smart Fellowship, I am responsible for managing the creation and delivery of an immersive curriculum that equips young professionals with the soft skills and life skills they need to thrive in the modern workplace. I have over nine years of experience in the education sector, where I have developed and facilitated engaging and interactive learning experiences for learners of all ages and backgrounds. My passion for education stems from my stint as a Teach For India fellow, where I taught in government schools and witnessed the power of transformative teaching. Since then, I have worked as a Learning Experience Architect and a Curriculum Developer for BYJU'S FutureSchool, creating online courses in arts, animation, and video. I have also conducted workshops in life skills, theatre, art, and writing for various schools and organizations across Mumbai with The Pomegranate Workshop.
