My passion in the talent acquisition space spans more than 12 years. My expertise lies in building programs which are focused on attraction and engagement. I have more than 8+ years of experience in brand building with a focus on creating exclusive programs which help in targeting niche talent. In my current role, I build hiring strategies for leadership, middle management and entry level roles for the Data Center division at Microsoft India by tapping the right talent through various channels. A major part of my work involves brand building through the art of storytelling. My core focus is not only on closing in on a position but also enabling the candidate in finding the right role for themselves. I have discovered a passion for blogging and storytelling which is aimed at helping people land their dream job. I have my own YouTube channel where I post videos that focus on helping students and job seekers land their dream job. I am on a journey to coach and mentor as many as possible.
