With over 2 decades’ experience in High Tech Companies, I am now a ICF PCC Level Coach with my niche being Leadership Coach to groom and support leaders and entrepreneurs. With a B.Tech & MS in Computer Science, I have worked in Software R&D organizations in varied roles & leadership positions in India & US - IBM Labs (US), Microsoft India R&D, Amazon India, Samsung India R&D as well as startup in US. I bring product & strategy expertise to mentoring social entrepreneurs with focus on education and women empowerment. I train & coach leaders on managerial & leadership skills. I have also been a faculty & trainer for Product Management, Agile Software Architecture & Software Engineering areas. I am passionate about causes related to women & child development - I work with NGOs in these areas, as well as, coach & mentor women in corporate & entrepreneurship.
