I am an ISB PGP ’26 student and exchange student at London Business School (3 months). I have spent 10 years at Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), working in a large, complex PSU environment before making a transition into strategy consulting. Post MBA, I will be joining EY-Parthenon, where I will work in strategy and operations, particularly in energy, technology, and sustainability-focused transformations. Having made the shift from a PSU role to a top-tier strategy consulting firm along with navigating the MBA application process as a mid-career professional, I enjoy helping PSU and public-sector professionals evaluate and execute career transitions with clarity, realism, and structure. I focus strongly on the pre-work (positioning, storytelling, and decision-making) that often determines success well before applications or interviews begin.
