About me

I’m Rubadharsini S, a Computer Science graduate, AI Data video labeling at NVIDIA and Ex - AI/LLM Data Annotator Innodata inc, and Co-Founder of Persyntra solutions with Marketing Lead and hands-on experience in AI operations, prompt engineering, lead generation, digital marketing, cloud programs, analytics and automation. Currently, I work as a AI data video labeling at NVIDIA and Ex Data Annotator (AI/LLM) at Innodata Inc., contributing to real-world AI systems through text, image and prompt-based annotation, prompt and response evaluation, data quality audits, and strict guideline and QA compliance to improve model reliability. Alongside this, I serve as Co-Founder & Marketing Lead at Persyntra Solutions, where I lead AI-assisted lead generation, marketing automation, CRM-based funnel tracking, campaign planning, and client requirement analysis to deliver scalable digital growth solutions. I design and optimize prompt workflows for content creation, outreach personalization, lead qualification and automation scripting using Generative AI tools, and collaborate with delivery and sales teams to improve conversion and engagement. I also contribute as a Google Cloud Facilitator / Community Host, supporting 1,000+ learners, building dashboards and progress reports, and driving learner engagement across multiple cohorts.
