What to expect in a Consultation

1. Every consultation is conducted personally by Roshni.
2. Please read the service description carefully before booking.
3. If you have one or two specific questions, mention them clearly in the form while booking.
4. Only what is included on the service description will be covered first.
5. You can ask multiple question related to your relationship in this consultation but make sure there is time limit.

Session Rules

1. No follow-up questions will be entertained once the session ends.
2. We do not provide recordings or notes. You may make your own notes during thr session.
3. Expect Roshni to be blunt, honest and straightforward - nothing important will be hidden.

Birth Details & Confidentialty

1. Please double check your Birth Details before submitting. Incorrect data will result in NO reschedule or refund.
2. All client information is treated with strict confidentialty and complete respect for your privacy.

ONE CHART POLICY

1. Each service covers ONLY one Birth Chart.
2. For any other person's chart, a seperate service must be booked.
3. The only exception is for Marriage compatibility /Matctmaking, where 2 charts are analyzed.

If you miss your scheduled consultation, you will not be able to reschedule or claim a refund. Roshni will wait for 10 minutes for you to join. We expect you to respect her time and be punctual.

• Slot Selection: Please choose your preferred slot from the available dates.
• One-Time Consultation: This booking is for a single consultation call only.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is only permitted if you have valid reasons.
• No-Show Policy: Please note that no refunds or rescheduling will be offered if you miss your scheduled call.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are not available after payment, except in cases where the consultation is canceled by us.
• Flexibility: Roshni reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of emergencies.
• Time Zone: The calendar operates on Indian Standard Time (IST). Kindly adjust the time according to your time zone. Clients are responsible for any errors resulting from time zone differences.
