1st Session

This is a safe, non-judgmental, and ethical space where confidentiality would be strictly maintained.

The exception to confidentiality is when information is required by law, the client is at risk of harming themselves or someone else, or when the case is discussed with the supervisor.

• The sessions will be conducted in online mode. The link will be added to your calendar once you schedule the session.
• In case of cancellation, you have to inform at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a charge for the missed session.
• Once you fill out the form, a counselling contract will be sent to you. Kindly go through it carefully, sign it, and send it back before the first session.
• Please be on time.
