After 15+yrs of career including Heading HR for a Startup & Growing it to 12000 Employees to Heading Talent Acquisition for two 4000 HC Organisations, I decided to move out to build from zero. Started FreePathshala 1.0 as an Individual social initiative while I was still at Quatrro. Focused on setting up Freepathshala 2.0 for first 6 months of moving out of Quatrro as a HR Professional , FreePathshala is built with the following belief 1.Help those who may never come back to thank you. 2. Everyone has some skill if contributed it can make a impact. Freepathshala is now a 8 year old baby with 450 students, 11 teachers and 5-6 volunteer every month. we are supported by organisations like EY, Ameriprise, kochartech and our self sustainablity initiative RaddiSeTarakki is supported by 1000+ families from gurgaon
